Handling Emergency Service Calls

Tony Anderson, Partner,  explains how emergency service calls are processed.

We get lots of emergency calls. An emergency might be different for you or me but basically it could be a health facility that has a surgery room that is not cooling, or an IT department that is not cooling or it could be someone whose 82 year old Mom can’t tolerate the heat. All of those are emergencies to our customers.

Our dispatchers are very good at handling those emergencies.  They can get technicians  pulled off a job that is not an emergency and get them ther.   Ourr on call guys cover emergencies  at night. With our large number of service technicians we can typically get someone to an emergency in 1-2 hourssignature
